Gate Access

This is a follow communication regarding Gate Access Entry. Please take proper steps to avoid any further issues.

    • On August 20th a communication was sent to the community regarding full details on Gates and how to request the Access Codes.
    • Essex provided a temporary code that expired on September 9, 2024.
    • As a result of some homeowners not requesting their access codes there was an incident with entry. We will reinstate the temporary code for a few more days, however due to safety reasons the temporary code will be deactivated soon. We encourage you to get your access code as soon as possible. The TEMPORARY CODE for entrance is 4570.

    • The pedestrian gates have been repaired and are fully functional. The new code is 12345. Please do not prop open gates at any time.

Should you encounter any problems gaining access to your community during our business hours which are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Please call our Customer Service Center at 972-428-2030 and dial the Access Department. Our customer service team will be able to provide immediate assistance. If you experience gate access issues outside of our business hours, please call our emergency after-hours line at 1-888-740-2233.

Please Note: The gates will remain open 7 days a week from 8am-7pm at the request of the Builder. Once all builder homes are sold, an update will be communicated, announcing the new community gate schedule.
